  @TheDussst

Hi, welcome to the community.

the firmware 1.2.2 of Deco XE75 V1 supports customizing MTU. And I used to see some ISP required a specific MTU size, like 1440/1462 for example. Maybe you could check with ISP to see whether MTU needs to be changed.

If yes, you could change it on the Deco APP>More>Internet connection>Internet connection type(Dynamic IP for example)>MTU.

Please also refer to this link to change the WAN DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4:

best regards.

Thanks for the reply...I did a ping test to see that there is no fragmentation and got to 1382...I added 28 to get to 1410 but issue still remain.

Any idea what the mtu default was set to before the firmware upgrade?

  @TheDussst

Hi, the default MTU of Deco is 1500.

Did you have the same issue with the Ethernet connection from Deco?

By the way, did most of the mobile devices have issues opening some APPs and websites?

And Have you tried to change the DNS on the Deco as well?

Wait for your reply.

Best regards.
