The deco app says I failed to log in and to try again but I keep trying and trying, it still won't log me in. I've double checked my email and password. I even reset my password to make sure. It still won't log in. I tried deleting and downloading the app, still won't log in. I'm logging in from a new phone. Please help me...

Hi,
If you can't log in to the Deco app, please refer to the link below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I failed to login Deco App?
 

If the problem remains, please help confirm the following information.
1. Please turn off the Wi-Fi on your phone and log in to the Deco app with your account via the mobile data, and can you log in to the Deco app.

 

2. What's your Deco's model number? Do you have internet when connecting to the Deco network? Please send me the MAC address of the main Deco via private message.

 

3. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's the version of your Deco app?

 

4. Please send me a picture of the error message that appears on the Deco app when logging in to it.
