Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.7.3

As of yesterday my deco slaves cause the Wi-Fi to stop working. Backhaul works occassionally and any device directly connected to a slave via ethernet does have unstable  internet.

Any device that is connected via Wi-Fi while the slave Decos are on can't get any internet.

If I disconnect the slaves my main hub does offer a Wi-Fi connection and devices can connect via wifi.

I have tried:

- Turning off the beam function

- Upgrading the firmware to the latest version (1.28)

- Hard resetting my slave decos

To no help at all

If it matters I am in the EU.

  @Otheus

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Would the two satellites Deco XE75 turn flashing red during the disconnection?

How often would the satellite XE75s drop out?

I saw you mentioned in the subject that the disconnection started after the firmware upgrade but the following content seemed to say that you tried to update to 1.2.8 after the disconnection started, but the firmware update did not help with the disconnection.

By the way, if you check the Mesh Backhaul on the satellite Deco XE75, would it always be 2.4/5/6 GHZ?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
