I bored . Enough. Who will help ? You did not try an easy problem. Your deco modem is not match with every infrastructure. Just you need to do is an update. There are too many complaint about this issue. You are just watching and doing nothing.

I mentioned before. I have a deco x50 dsl. It has to be restarted every 1-3 days. The connection starts to slow down until it doesn't work at all. This problem has already been mentioned here on the forum, so I would expect some update. the modem is unusable for now. My provider came to my home for ispection and they said there is no problem in our end . Also my old ten age tp link modem is working stable. I think there is problem about software or in deco there is unmatch with my infrastructure.

İf there is any beta firmware or software can ı use , can you send.

  @arda_alc

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

There hasn't been a new beta firmware for Deco X50-DSL.

If you would like to spend a little more time, I could escalate your case to the senior engineers for further assistance later.

Please save a screenshot of the DSL status when the internet finally stopped working, and send a copy of the system log from the web interface to support.forum@tp-link.com(please add forum ID#711634)

Deco web interface login

By the way, can I have the model number of your old TP-Link DSL modem router?

If possible, it is also suggested to keep the old DSL modem(disable its Wi-Fi)connected to the DSL service, then set Deco X50-DSL into "wireless router mode", instead of the DSL modem router mode.

Thanks again and best regards.
