Model: Deco S4
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Rel.37427

Deco S4 working in Access point mode blocks some Android Apps such as HBO Max and my washing machine and dryer (using the Hon App for Haier appliances) from internet access. Also it blocks me uploading photoes using viber.

So far I have tried:

The Speed test gives me 420 mbps download

I have rebooted the system million times

I have tried using it in mesh mode even though the speed drops to 320 mbps

I have removed Fast Roaming

Nothing Seems to fix this issue, please help!

  @KonstantinN

Hi, welcome to the community.

Since Deco M4 is set into Access Point mode, the main use is to extend the coverage of the main DHCP router and I don't think Deco could still block any websites.

Are you able to access  HBO Max and other Apps when you are connected to the main router?

Thank you very much and best regards.
