Hi,

Did this start to happen all by itself or were you trying to do something, like update the firmware?

Besides, this symptom can also be caused by a wrong or faulty power adapter. 
In case you are using a power adapter other than the orginal one, then make sure its ratings are correct.
If you do use the original power adapter, but have this problem, then maybe test with another power adapter that has a suitable rating.

hi,

 it's started randomly- I believe the firmware is updated one

whereas the power adapter is new one and there are other connections in that same plug but other devices are working properly such as Alexa.
