My deco doesn't manageable from internet.
Hello,
I have a S7 model Deco of Tp-Link. I manage it on LAN at home but i don't manage on mobile data at away home. How do i solve this issue? What can i do? Thank in advance.

Now, it is working at out of home. This problem solved with firmware update from Deco_S7_1.3.3_221107 to Deco_S7_1.0_1.4.1_Build_230324.
I wanted to give feedback due to i hope it will help another one.

Hi, would there be any error message on the Deco APP when accessing via the mobile data?
When I checked your TP-link ID, I noticed the current firmware of Deco S7 is 1.3.3 and the latest firmware for Deco S7 now is 1.4.1.
Maybe you could try to update the firmware of S7 to the latest version first:
1. Please go to Deco APP>More>System>Update Deco.
2. If the APP upgrade failed, please manually upload the firmware of 1.4.1 to the web UI:
Deco S7(EU)_V1_1.4.1 Build 20230324

Firstly, thank you for your answer.
The app doesn't give an any error. Its shows the welcome screen when i start it at out of home, as you can see below picture.
I don't think to update firmware because i can't see anythink that issiue in its release notes.
Plus, i found a topic on tp-link community what like my issue, i did everything in the topic but it didn't work. You can found topic link, here.

@sametkk I've had the same thing happen to me before, and it seems to be caused by setting the port forwarding function on 22 port.

I didn't do port forwarding for 22 port on modem and deco. I see no entry when i go to modem's and deco's port forwarding settings. How did you solve your problem? What did you do? What should i do?
