Main Deco E4 V3 is frequently losing internet connection while connected with model having internet connection. Connection is unstable as LED becomes red and then after sometime turns white. Rebooting does not help in providing stable internet connection.

May I know how long have you had Deco E4? Did the disconnection start recently?
