Morning.

Previously I had 3 Deco M5's. On a CPD website I am using, the embedded videos on their website loaded and played fine on a Chromebook, iPad and mobile using WiFi.

I have added 1 Deco X50 to the setup as the main router and kept the 3 Deco M5's around the house.

Everything seems fine. Diagnostics are not picking anything up and speed test is coming back strong. However, this CPD website is not loading fully and the same embedded videos are now displaying, "This video could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

This is appearing on an iPad, Chromebook and mobile phone while connected to WiFi. Over mobile data on the same phone, the website and video loads and plays fine.

This makes me certain it is linked to the addition of the X50. 

Help please.

Set up is in WiFi router mode and main X50 is connected to Virgin Superhub via ethernet as before.
