Model: M7350
Hardware Version: V8
Firmware Version: 8.0.1

I bought a TP link M7350 recently, and someone i know also have the same brand and model. I am having connectivity issues and asked that someone for advices. He told me to select the 5GHz in the wireless band selection however, when i looked for it, 2.4 GHz was the only one available. He showed me another way to look for it in the pocket wifi itself, and my wifi doesnt have the "wireless band" option.

Hi, M7350 V8 only supports 2.4GHz WiFi, the one with wireless band option should be V4 or older version because only 2.4G band is supported since V5.

For the connectivity issue, please provide more details and also check if the firmware version is the latest one.
