Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.6.1

I have a secondary deco (lets call this Node1) that connects to main deco via ethernet backhaul. I have to setup a satellite deco (lets called this Node2) that is 1-wall far from Node1. However, when adding Node2 to the network, its connects to the main deco, which is 3-wall far. This is causing the signal from Node2 to be completely unusable. I was not expecting this at all, as the tplink website shows a daisy-chained mesh network using the Deco M4 units and this completely defeats the purpose of that.

On going through the forum, I found that a firmware update has been there for Deco M4 (v4) that provided this option. The same is not true for M4 (v2) which is what is available in India. When can we expect an update for M4 (v2) as well? Is there a beta firmware that is available?
