hello can help i got error code 1 and IMEI:undefined 
i already try somme action like reset/rebot/upgrade firmware. but still same issue can help me what going on ?

May I know if anything special happened before the issue started? such as a power outage or firmware update, or a simple reboot etc.?

 

Based on your description, it seems the LTE part of the MR600 has been defective, you could contact the retailer or local support team in your area to check warranty.
