Help,

I folks the instruction from YouTube to set up the home mesh Deco X50. Everything was fine until the part on testing your Internet,  the Deco LED turn solid red, and all come to a standstill. I rebooted, reset both my modern & Deco, check cable connections,  it was failed when filing Internet testing. 

What is the problem with this?
