Firmware Version: 2.0.0 0.9 v603c.0 Build 220517 Rel.49186n

I have a wifi modem VX220-G2v v2.0. I have put in Parental controls but the devices listed are still able to access internet during the time I have set for them not to. What could be the issue?

Hi, thanks for posting question here~

As VX220-G2v is a customized model for some local ISPs only, sorry that we know much less than common DSL modem routers.

You may refer to this guide to check your parental control settings.

If the issue remains, it is suggested to contact local technical support for direct help.
