Model: Deco BE75   Deco X20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.6 Build 20240725

I don't even know how to describe my frustrating right now.

I bought 4 Deco BE75 and 1 Deco X20 and 20+ Kasa matter switches.

Initial all the nodes were connected wirelessly and all networks work fine. However 2 weeks after some nodes started dropping out the mesh network here and there until they cannot resume. I had to restart the entire network.

so I bought a TP-Link TL-SG108S-M2 switch and hooked up using Ethernet cables.

Everything is fine except now my 2.4ghz network doesn't have any internet connection. It will be good for 10mins right after a reboot then goes right back no connection.

i looked up all the threads and tried network optimize and it doesn't work. Keeps saying it's perfect. I tried changing the DNS and many other methods which none of the fixed the issue. It took me 2 weeks finally made it work for 2 days after I removed the "mynetwork_IoT" to "mynetworkIoT".

While I'm very happy for 2 days, now it stopped again. There's no internet connection and I don't know what to do. I'm not changing the ssid again, it takes too much time to change all the switches.

TP-Link please please tell me how can I fix my 2.4ghz. I thought buying all your stuff would make my life easy but I have to say it's not. Why can't we just have a stable 2.4ghz network? I know it works because I had it running for couple weeks using wireless connections.

if this cannot be fixed that means I will have to switch the brand for good and thank god I haven't go all in with those kasa and tapo things because my 2.4ghz doesn't work.

  @Domaru

Welcome to the community.

Did all the 20 Kasa devices connect to the "IOT Network" or the Main Network/2.4GHz band?

---Do you have any non-smart devices that also connect to the 2.4Ghz band? can they get a stable connection?

It is also suggested to disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>Moe>Advanced to see whether it helped or not.

In the meantime, I'd like to follow up on your case via email to ask the senior engineer for more advice.

Please check whether you can receive my email later.

Thank you very much and best regards.
