Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 build 20241011 Rel. 32926

After upgrading firmware form the app, I no lost the wired connection to my satellites (deco X50 -POE)

form webpage"Download for Deco X50-5G | TP-Link Denmark"  it says "2. This firmware can not be degraded to the previous version."

I am the only one having problems with the new firmware?

Hi, welcome to our community.

Could you share the screenshots of the page on Deco app to show how your Decos connect to each other?

Please share your exact network topology.

It is suggested to reboot the Deco network then check again.

CPU usage  @Marvin_S

I have now tried to reboot and also doing the firmware installation from webbrowser on wired computer instead of the app. The network look as it should from computer but on the app it looks that nothing is wired, and the unit out of reach of the wireless network does not appear connected but the unit itself is lightning green on unit and is also wired. My main problem is the internet is not stable after the firmware upgrade  and also the cpu and memory is used a lot even though it 4 am in the morning and I am the only user

Hi, thanks for your update.

1. Network topoloogy means which network devices set up the whole nework and how they are actually connected. It is a pity that what you shared above can not reflect this.

Let me confirm with more details: If you have 7 Decos, which are Deco X50-5G and which are Deco X50-PoE? How are they connected via Ethernet cable to each other actually? Is there any switch or other network devices among them? What is the model of the switch You may draw all of them in a picture to better show the topology.

2. You may refer to the screenshot below, click on"Show list" then you can see how the satellite Decos connected, wired or wireless? We need the screenshot of this page for further analysis. Thanks for your cooperation!

I am using an unmanaged switch tp-link TL-SG1005p (UN) ver 5 to connect to satellites and also tried a managed switch tp link TL-SG105PE(UN) ver:2 Also coupleng directly without the switch does not help. Before the firmware update of the Deco x50 5g all was working as it should and appeared wired in the app as it was configured...
