I'm facing some issues with Parental control feature. I have this TP-Link Archer AX53 and I've also subscribed to HomeShield to set up advanced filtering options. One of the major features that I was looking forward to was the Time Limit settings for my son's profile. But seems like it doesn't work properly. It seems to reset itself and back to the max limit (16 hrs). I've searched internet for a solution and subsequently checked few items also like System Time (which is OK), day light saving (which is turned off and there's no day light saving option here in my country) and also ensured it has the latest firmware. Still nothing seems to work, everyday it reverts to the max limit no matter how many times I change it back. Previously I also tried Bed Time limit option that also resets itself in the same way. 

My son's profile has 2 devices. 1 windows laptop and an iPad. I've checked and deactivated MAC randomizing option in both devices. Still not getting a solution. This is frustrating as I paid for an advanced service but not getting it properly. Would appreciate if anyone responds to it with a solution.

Hi  @Msd0971,

 

Please make sure that only one person is using the TP-Link ID to log in to the APP?
Or, you can also change the login password of the TP-Link ID to ensure that no one else can log in to your TP-Link ID to modify the settings.

If you are sure that no one else has changed the settings, please create a new profile and make sure not to use reward - no limits for today. Can it reproduce the problem by testing this new profile again?
