I just bought the BE25, when i tried to set up direct to NBN, it doenst connect to the internet.
Currently i have connection from my modem then another deco (X20). however, i have the same issue (cannot connect to the internet when i tried to connect x20 direct to NBN).
could you please help me?
Note: i already tried to reseting and setting up between dynamic IP and PPPoE but no luck.

Have you tried PPPoE+VLAN ID 2?
Before using Deco, is the WiFi router provided by the ISP Spintel?
Do you have a wired laptop? You can connect the laptop directly to the NBN to check whether the laptop can get an internet connection without additional configuration.

I contacted the Spin tel and apparently they use PPPoE with the username and password... now its working perfectly.
