Hi, I recently got my problem where it is connected but no internet connection. I put the sim back into my phone, it works completely fine. The data is working well as usual but then I put back into the router, the data was not there??!! I was like? Hello? I bought the unlimited plan every month to use on this router and now suddenly there is no connection? My data will expired in 26days, it is not impossible to get this type of problem right? I NEED HELP PLEASEEEEEE 😭

Hi, may I know your SIM ISP?

It is quite like the following case: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/832312

The unlimited data SIM card can only be used in the mobile phone, instead of the mobile routers.

Have you checked with SIM ISP whether the SIM card can be used in third-party routers?
