Hello, 

I am in Italy and I have buyed the router archer nx200, but after I inserted the SIM I used before in FWA ZTE TIM 5g/4g, no connection was found. The SIM is unlocked by the PIN correctly and I tried each APN compatible with TIM also creating a new profile and moreover, I tried to change the network mode settings from 5g to 4g/3g or 4g only but it doesn't work. 

 

Any suggestions?

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if the Archer NX200 has no internet after inserting a SIM card.
No internet connection when the TP-Link 5G/4G Router is working with a SIM card
 

Please confirm the following information if the same phenomenon persists.
  1. Who is your SIM card service provider? What network types does your SIM card support?
  2. Please send us the screenshots of the router's web UI > Advanced > Status page and the Advanced > Network > Internet and Mobile WAN pages.
