Hello, at some point all devices went offline and only work from the local network. On the Tapo P110 and Tapo H100, the orange lights are lit. What kind of blocking are these?

Can't connect to the camera using this protocol. Tried with different apps. Error happens all the time. I managed to connect via ONVIF through the ONVIF Device Manager, but the streams do not work...
