@Osmaan Hi, Have you already tried the steps outlined here https://openwrt.org/toh/tp-link/tl-wr940n#recovery_information? (it shouldn't matter whether DD-WRT or OpenWrt is currently on the router)

@santelia Hi, Change the "Working Mode" of the TL-WR940N to "Range Extender" and then click [Save]. The router will then reboot. After that log in again and go through the steps of the "Quick Setup".
