@athegn What's the model of your Tapo plug? Can you share a screenshot of the error? "Content being prepared" doesn't seem like a message in the Tapo app.

@Slgray It goes forward then jumps twice off each wheel and then goes back wards. Do you have a video? This behavior sounds pretty strange.
