Hello, I see that with the Tapo application and under the "Cameras" tab there are 2 detection modes: Home Mode and Away Mode. Is it possible to add and configure a personal mode?

I purchased tapo c200 2 years back. Suddenly it stopped moving side ways. Up and down motion is still working fine. I tried restarting ,factory reset, but no success. What should I do?

Hello, I have 5 Tapo C320WS cameras. All in the latest version. The cameras a brand new, i purchased them a few weeks ago and installed them 2 weeks ago. All 5 cameras are affected by the same problem

Bonjour, Je voudrais savoir, s'il est possible d'enregistrer définitivement les parametres de mouvements. Car je voudrais que la AL Detection, car la detection de mouvement est trop sensible (une mouc
