I'm out of town and my camera went off line. how do I get it back on line away from home

Hi - just bought 2 C420 Tapo cameras and I must admit I'm seriously considering returning them due to woeful battery life. The batteries are stated as lasting 180 days and we purchased on that basis -

Just installed Tp-Link H200 but all detections give a continuous "jingle bell" tune - I have tried to change this and sound duration without success? I would really appreciate any advice? Thanks Tony
