Installation of the camera on false ceiling

Hi there. When i install the camera on the false ceiling, should the power socket be exposed on the ceiling or should i conceal it inside the false celing? Thanks.

Cloud recordings smaller than sd card

I've noticed that the recordings in cloud are approximately 21 sec, whereas in sd card are at least +1 min. Any ideas ? thank you a
