Yesterday i've launched the firmware upgrade (1.3.3) on two NC450: one has finished well, but the other one is locked on "downloading".

Please help me

How did you upgrade the camera? how about the light on it? it seems the upgrade bricked the camera. Make sure the camera light is green when it is plugged into your camera.
Then you can try to reset the camera and upgrade the firmware via web:

I got the same problem upgrading the firmware (for NC450) from the Android App. It stayed with the "downloading" status for days.
I then installed the iOS app on my old iPad and did the upgrade again.
This time it worked.
