Turning 24-hour recording did not make the slightest change in status. Exept that it says "NETWORK ERROR" when I try to start 24 hour recording again.
It must be an error in the software. But I guess that TP-Link will turn the blind eye to this. Otherwise they would have fixed it months / years ago.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Sorry for the delay.
For anyone who would have the same issue, please refer to the following instruction to check and repair the SD card:
(which are suitable for NC cameras as well)
and if the SD card can still not be able to reset, please help us get the following information:
The brand & model of the SD card, as well as its storage capacity and format type. A picture of the card would be highly appreciated;
Thank you very much.

Similar issue, I have a 32Gb Sd Card which when formatted works fine and then seems to stop recording, the app says SD card formatting (but this never completes)
I can remove the card and format it on PC but it keeps reocurring

Hey Darcy,
what is the capacity and format of the SD card? Try to format it with some 3rd party programs or change another SD card to do a comparison test.
And ensure that the firmware is up to date.

Hello
Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay, I never got an email updating me that someone had replied.
I have used many different SD cards, they range from 2,4,8, 16 and 32GB in size (I mainly use the 16 and 32 as they are bigger so I get more video recorded). These brands are all different too, SanDisk, Samsung, Toshiba and others. They were factory formatted but when I have formatted it on my PC I have used the default Fat32, is there a recommended format to use?
The camera will attempt to format the SD card randomly when its not full, It will always fail and just say formatting forever until manually remove the SD card and format it via a PC, but then the issue comes back not long after
Firmware version of the camera is 1.5.0.
Thanks
Darcy
