Are you getting any error messages? What happens when you try to connect it?
Have you tried resetting it?

1. Please ensure that the wifi light is flashing amber and green; if not, you can reset it: with the plug powered on, hold the settings button for 10s.
2. Then you can follow the instruction below to configure it:

Note: Please use the home wifi password to configure it.
