Hello, I own this WLAN Smart Plug HS100 V3 twice and serve it via Alexa. This worked fine all the time, but the Smart Plug has not been connected to my network for a week now. I've already tried the Kasa app to reconfigure the sockets completely, but this does not find my wireless network. Even when I tried a manual search of the network, this was not found. My network works perfectly, because a laptop, mobile phone and Alexa are connected without any errors. At the router nothing was changed. Can you help me?
