HS110 not reporting Power Data since firmware update
I moved this HS110 from switching and power monitoring one device to another. During the process of moving from one device to another I had to remove the HS110 from the Kasa app to change WiFi access points (different SSID). During the transition I updated the firmware. Since doing this the HS110 is not reporting any energy consumption.

Hi, please open kasa app and choose this HS110, once you access the main page, can you see energy?
Please press it and post a picture of it there.
Meanwhile, what is power consumption of the device plugged ?

Hi,
What is the current hardware and firmware version of the HS110?
Please ensure that the firmware is up to date.
Besides, have you tried to change another device to do a comparison analysis?
Good day.

As per first post
Model: HS110
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.5 (checked again just now)
This is the latest firmware.
I did try this HS110 in another power point with a different device, but I will try it again in a couple of days. The HS110 is not easily accessible.

Hi,
It is suggested to hard reset by holding the settings button for 10s and reconfigure it.
Then you can take some time to test it, if still the same, you can contact our tech support to check the warranty.

It looks like it must be a faulty unit or that something has gone wrong once the firmware was updated.
I did a factory reset and the problem remains the same.

Since this thread is about a smilar issue, adding mine here.
Model: HS110
Hardware Version: V2.1
Firmware Version: 1.5.7
Less than 2 months and barely used. Turned it on after a while and energy monitoring shows 0.00W while plugged into a PC which used to show around 100W on the same smart plug before.
Did a reset twice, re-installed the android app, but same screen. Primary purpose for me is energy monitoring. Can anyone advise if this a firmware issue or its faulty.

I went through support and I down loaded a log file with their assistance. Turns out mine was faulty. Sounds like you should contact support.
