Model: KC100
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I need some help , I recently bought and set up a new Kasa Spot camera in our house in India.

We were able to set it up successfully and link it to one phone and all worked well for a few days.

However when we tried to set it up on a second phone the camera seemed to not work.

We tried resetting The camera using the button on the right side , creating a new account etc. We know the WiFi works because we turned off data and made sure it all works just using the WiFi.

When we go through the setup again while trying to add a new device it all works until the last step where we select the home WiFi and wait for it to connect. After that the camera changes from orange/green blinking light to red blinking lights.

Can you please help ?

@Mabraham

How to reset: Please remove the magnetic housing to see the RESET button.Then press and hold for over 15 seconds to reset it.

And then please follow the instruction to configure it.

Besides, the KC100 can be bound to ONE account only; if you want to use it on multiple cellphones, you can share the same account to manage it.

Good day.
