When I try to use a custom icon for a device in the Kasa app, the iOS widget doesn’t work and displays an “unable to load” error message and won't  load  until I delete the custom images. I'm running iOS 12.4 and have reached out to TP-Link Help twice and never replied to me even though they're replying too other people. Any ideas on how to fix it?

@Joolz  and all,

It is caused by the customize device icon on iPhone. Which cannot be detected correctly so that it shows unable to load.

While it has been fixed with the upgrade of the KASA APP version.

Now it is working properly as expected.
