Hi, I'm having an issue with a hs110. My Android phone can access the plug both local wifi and cellular, however my wife's ios phone can only access it on local wifi no cellular access. 3 days ago both phones could access the plug on wifi and cellular.

Have hard reset and reinstalled apps on both phones, updated firmware today to current version on plug but still no change.

Any help would be great, thanks

The hS110 should be working fine cause it can be accessed by your Android phone both locally and remotely. We can do some troubleshooting on it first.

1. With cellular data enabled on your wife's iPhone, can she access internet?

2. Please ensure that your wife has logged into the kasa app with the same cloud account.

3. Any error message indicates that you cannot control it remotely?
