Model: Archer VR900
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Firmware Version:0.1.0 0.9.1 v0069.0 Build 160721 Rel.66177n

Ive enabled remote admin and can connect via http from any external Ip address

I redirect an unused incoming port (24201) to my modem's local IP address (192.168.0.1) port 80

I use ddns so my remote connection is xxxxxxxx.com:24201

which works and i get the modem login, which I can login into, no problem

however the next screen is blank apart from a outlined empty box top left

(Ive attached a screen shot of my remote connection)

anyone any ideas

all my other remote accesses and port redirections work fine

Ive tried different browsers

Cheers

@Alick

Hello, did you change the local management port for HTTP from 80 to 24201?

Please show us a screenshot of the advanced-system tools-administration-local/remote management page.

What is the current internet IP address?

Try to clear the cache of the browser and disable the firewall on the laptop.

Good day.

@Kevin_Z thanks for your response

The port forwarding is fine as I get the login and can login remotely

its the next screen which is the problem (as shown in the original screenshot

I have cleared the cache and tried numerous browsers via PC and android and get exactly the same result

I have attached screenshot of the port forwarding for reference

@Alick

Hello, I saw the picture was blank attached on your original post, while what do you mean it is the next screen?

Could you please show us a short video of this issue so that we can have a better understanding.

Besides, have you ever tried to setup DDNS and use the domain name to access it remotely cause the internet IP address may varies.

@Kevin_Z I am using DDNS

I can login remotely, there is no issue with that

I get the login screen and enter the password

the next screen which should be Archer's home page is blank apart from a box (as shown in the screenshot attached)

I suspect the box is trying to output the initial home page
