Firmware Version: 2.2.30

Hi since 1 month i'm not able anymore to stream my kc200 devices from my Lenovo Smart hub. Kasa logo is showing Up and Spinner spin infinite. 

 

Can you fix it?

Can you control/view the live video of this KC200 remotely? 

 

Please try to unlink the account and re-link to the Lenovo smart display to give it a go.

 

Still the same, please show us a screenshot of the error message and the tell us the cloud account which you can message us privately.

I'm not alone.. it's from your side or a Lenovo bug? it is working good on Google Home Hub?

 

unlink and relink does nothing
