Been using the KC110 for 24 hours. I have set it up to give me notification when movement is detected however dispite it recording movement I don't get any notification. Also I can't seem to get 2 way (or any) audio to work. Any help would be much appriciated.

Please open KASA app and go to device settings-notifications page. There you can enable the activity notifications. 

 

Meanwhile, in case you can enable the notification of the kasa app under settings page on your phone. 

 

For the 2-way audio issue, could you please provide more information? like you cannot hear the other side, or they cannot hear you? 

 

You can turn up the volume on your phone or change another cellphone to give it a go.

 

Please tell us  the model number and OS version of your smart phone as well.
