Hi !

 

My KC200 have worked fine for maybe a month but now all of a sudden it doesn´t save any recordings at all. The motion detector alerts that there are something but when I check it says no recording last 3 hours of course have I tried to stand in front of it and wave but it doesn't record anything.

 

Can someone help me with this problem?

I have disconnect it and there are no limits in alerts and recordings

Hello, could you please show us a screenshot of the activity page? 

 

Please ensure that you have enabled activity notifications under device settings page.

 

Meanwhile, what is model number and OS version of your cellphone? 

 

Have you ever tried to change another smart phone to do a comparison analysis? 

 

And you can hard reset it and reconfigure to give it a go.
