@david_h

Sorry for the trouble caused here, we will do some troubleshooting to narrow it down and try to fix it.

1. Please ensure that the kasa app version is up to date. As well as the firmware version of the KC200.

2. Try to reboot the camera or even reset and reconfigure it.

3. Tryto change another smart phone to give it a go.

4. Still the same, please tell us the model number and OS version of the smart phone and your TP-Link ID.

Note: You can tell me the ID privately via the message.

Thanks in advance, and have a nice day.

Hi @Kevin_Z

The app is uptodate

Is this the newest releases?

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 2.2.30

Same problem on two different android phones, both android phones upto date Android one's, Nokia and LG.

The camera reports good wifi signal 3/4

I cant try on my google display (lenovo) as it doesnt seem compatible?!

@david_h

Hello David, thanks for your reply.

Please try to change the DNS server of the main router to give it a go. Set the primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8, secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4.

After that, try to reboot the camera and the router both to verify whether it works.

It supports lenovo smart display. Try to reboot  the display device and verify whether it works well.

Please ensure that the firmware of the lenovo device is up to date as well.

Good day.
