Hi,

 

I just installed my new kasa kc200 and the update firmware is still running, showing 100% and nothing happened.

please advise.

 

I know the camera is working cause there is a green light and I get notifications on motion detection and I can view them as well.

 

The issue is that I cannot see live feed, it stuck on updating firmware 100%

Hello, considering the current led light status is solid green, you can reboot the KC200 to give it a go. 

 

And you can delete the KASA APP and re-install it to give it a go.

 

Still the same, please hard reset it and reconfigure it.
