Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.7

I got this plug just before Christmas and set it up in the socket that is used by my computer.

 

The schedule works perfectly and the Energy Usage page shows when the plug was turned on.

 

But the Power Consumption page always shows 0 power consumed regardless of what is going on.

 

Is this a faulty plug or a configuration issue.

 

Looking at othjer posts this could be a known faulty product :-(

Could you please show us a screenshot of the power consumption page?

 

And what is the model number of the appliance plugged into HS110 and what is the power consumption?

 

Try to change another device and verify whether it works.
