TAPO p100 initial config problem
I am trying to configura a brand new P100 smart plug.
Using the TAPO app, I cannot pass the "scan wifi netwotk" screen. The app just sits there and it is not giving me any option to choose from and eventually fails.
Things I've done and tried :
- The plugs pairs correctly via the bluetooth with the app on my phone (android). The phone is connected to my wifi.
- Led lights on the plug are originally blinking amber and green then remain blinking amber after wifi failure.
- Wifi is a home network on a 2.4Ghz setting and I even tried to make it open without any password to see if there was any change. (none)
- I have factory reseted the plug many times but no avail.
Is there anything else I can do before doing an RMA of the product?
