Model: Deco M4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20190620 Rel 45372

I have a TP-Link Deco Whole Home Mesh WIFI System (Deco M4 3 Pack), installed as Access Point all working fine, but I need to find out how I can change the WIFI security protocal settings such as WEP/WPA/WPA2 etc..  Some of my older devices are not able to connect to the WIFI, however the same devices connect to my old Cisco/Linksys router using WPA2 on 2.4Ghz

I am not able to find any menu option in the Mobile Deco App or Browser connect Admin interface to Deco devices.

Please advise.

there is no option to change this. It uses WPA/WPA2 Mixed currently. Hopefully WPA3 support comes soon but tp link are extremely slow to update their firmware especially when compared to their competition, last update for the M4 was nearly 6 months ago.

Hello, as bosmoz said, the Deco uses WPA by default when you enabled wifi security; and considering some devices failed to connect to the Deco's wifi network, you can disable fast roaming on the Deco app to give it a go; and you can connect the main Deco to the modem only.

For the WPA3, the estimated supporting time is still unsure, it is suggested to keep an eye on the Deco app or official website for the updates.
