Hi guys my cloud camera is connect via my mesh

There is a very weird problem

If i view my live stream on my phone via wifi, i can stream

But if i am outside and i want to live stream via my mobile data it could not load at all.

Anyone know what is this issue?

I try on several phone but the problem still remain the same

As per your description, it seems that your camera may fail to connect to the cloud server and that's why you cannot view it from an outside network. You can check if your mesh network is working properly or not, and most importantly you need to ensure the mesh network has a good connection to the camera cloud server, you can change the DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 on the mesh router for a try.
