As per your description, it seems that your camera may fail to connect to the cloud server and that's why you cannot view it from an outside network. You can check if your mesh network is working properly or not, and most importantly you need to ensure the mesh network has a good connection to the camera cloud server, you can change the DNS setting to 8.8.8.8 on the mesh router for a try.
