Delayed notification

It only happens when phone is on standby mode(screen off) for more than 3 minutes. I don't have this issue with other apps notifications.

it seems the notification only delay when the screen is off on Samsung phones, This is normally caused by the limitation of the operating system itself.

I tried every steps that shows on internet, didn't solved the issue. I have Note 3/Android 5, don't have this issue only on Note 5/Android 7, the phone I'm using currently have this issue with your app.

I have a similar problem with the app. I don't get any notifications from my C310. I have a Samsung S7, android 8.0.0 and a Samsung tablet.
There seem to be more people with android who have the same problem.
Is there any update for android to solve the problem?

@TP-Link Hi is there a fix for this I have the same issue with a brand new KC200 camera and my Samsung tablet (Tab A Android version 8.1.0) and phone (Galaxy A20E android 10). There is a lag of a few minutes on both devices the Tablet being worse than the phone....
Quite frustrating as the purpose to see who is at your door and use the talk back is greatly eliminated ...
