Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.0.6

I just recieved 2 KP400 and I am having a problem turning remote control on for one of them.  Both have the same HW versions and firmware versions.  From a previous post, someone was asked to check the MAC addresses.  It look like the one that is not working has a different MAC printed on it then the APP is showing.

Could you please send me a private message about the two different MAC address?

And may I know the model number of your home router?

Can you see the remote control switch on the Kasa APP for this KP400?

Would there be any error message when you failed to turn on the remote control?
