I just got my new Kasa Spot pan tilt camera and opened the box. Once i plugged it in nothing happened. I waited 5 minutes and no lights came on. I tried to press the reset button for 5 seconds several times and nothing happened. I tried to power on the camera with a different micro USB cord and a different USB plug block and nothing works. This camera is a dud out of the box.

@TP-Link After leaving it plugged in for 30 min it finally came on. Not sure why it needed so long, but I've had no other issues since then.

Really sorry for the inconvenience.

May I know where did you purchase the Kasa camera?

There might be something wrong with this camera and please try to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced.
