Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.5.6

I do have some HS100 and HS110 smartplugs.

In one of these plugs I have plugged in a 100W LED floodlight.

When the smartplugs are switched off, the LED is switched off too. Only when it's dark you can see that the LED (which exists out off a lot of smaller LED's) lights up slightly still.

This means that the smartplugs don't switch off the complete voltage.


Is there something I can do against this problem?

Good day,

Since you have some HS100 and HS110, did all of them have the same issue?

If changing another lamp, or LED light, did this issue still exist?

By the way, what is the model number of your 100W LED floodlight?

Yes the HS100 and the HS110 do have the same problem.

I've tested this with another floodlight of another brand and only 20W, and here I don't see any problem.

This is the floodlight which is having the problem:

When I disconnect the floodlight from the HS100/HS110, the LEDs stop immediately by "glowing".

 

For me it seams that the smartplugs aren't switching off the complete voltage...
