I am having abysmal service from Kasa. All my Smart Actions have gradually stopped working over the last 24 hours. Motion activities don’t trigger smart switches. New Actions won’t work. The cameras and switches all function in every other way, the App and Firmware is all up to date and I have a Premium Subscription. I have turned them all off and back on too. I’ve been chatting to Chat Support three times today and each time they have terminated the chat without being able to fix the issue. That is pretty terrible and I am left no further down the line to fix this. What am I supposed to do next?
