We've noticed that occasionally the tree lights will flicker or go out entirely then come back on.
Any Suggestions?

May I know the model number of the smart plugs?
How many plugs do you have and did all of them have the same issue when connected to the Christmas Tree Lights?
May I know the model number of your home router?
Will you use some third-party tools, like home assistance, home bridge to control the smart plugs?
Have you noticed the auto on/off frequency about the HS103, like 2.3 times a day?
